4. Booking and Payment
All bookings require confirmation and may be subject to deposit. Final service costs will be calculated based on actual volume, distance, and other conditions. Payment terms will be stated in your service agreement. We reserve the right to cancel services due to non-payment or misrepresentation.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made within the time limits stated in your contract may be eligible for a refund, less any administrative fees. Refund eligibility is subject to review and the terms of your original agreement. Services canceled on the day of the move may not be refunded.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for loss or damage caused by force majeure events, inaccurate information provided by the client, or delays caused by third parties. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to mediation before any litigation.
8. Modifications to Services
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services, in whole or in part, without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of service.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal proceedings shall be exclusively brought in the courts of Collin County, Texas, and you consent to such jurisdiction and venue.
